主要科研领域:

主要从事海洋微型生物生态学和生物海洋学研究。近年来致力于(i)海洋微生物的群落结构、活性特征及其在海洋生物地球化学循环中的作用,(ii)微生物驱动的温室气体产生过程及调控机制研究,(iii)功能微生物噬菌体研究。已在国内外主流刊物发表论文三十余篇,成果发表在Frontiers in Marine ScienceScience of The Total EnvironmentFrontiers in Microbiology等国际权威期刊上。主持承担了国家自然科学基金青年基金、中国博士后科学基金面上项目等项目课题。
